About The Position

The Pick Packer in DSP assembles, configures, and packages products according to customer requirements, work instructions, and shipping schedules. The role ensures products meet Bosch’s quality, labeling, and safety standards while supporting efficiency in the warehouse and production environment. The position is based at Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, Arkansas.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.
Indefinite U.S. work authorization; future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable.

Nice To Haves

Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience.
Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assemble, configure, and customize products to customer specifications, following work instructions, visual guides, and shipping deadlines.
Securely package finished products, apply accurate labels, and verify order accuracy before shipment.
Record material and component usage and notify supervisors of low stock or replenishment needs.
Visually inspect products and packaging, report defects or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in accordance with 5S and Bosch safety standards.
Safely operate tools, equipment, and packaging machinery and follow safety and environmental policies.
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues, improve material flow, and support cross-functional activities.
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required to meet customer and business demands.
