About The Position

The Pick Packer in DSP assembles, configures, and packages products according to customer requirements, work instructions, and shipping schedules. The role ensures that packaged products meet Bosch’s quality, labeling, and safety standards while supporting efficient warehouse and production operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.
U.S. work authorization; future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

Nice To Haves

Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience.
Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assemble, configure, and customize products according to customer specifications, work instructions, visual guides, and shipping deadlines.
Securely package finished products, apply accurate labels, and verify order accuracy before shipment.
Record material and component usage and notify supervisors about low stock or replenishment needs.
Visually inspect products and packaging, report defects or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in accordance with 5S and Bosch safety standards.
Operate tools, equipment, and packaging machinery safely and follow safety and environmental policies.
Work with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues, improve material flow, and support cross-functional activities.
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; work weekends and overtime as needed to meet customer and business demands.
