About The Position

Job Duck is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented PI Records Case Manager to support a busy legal team with personal injury case management and administrative responsibilities. The role focuses on requesting, obtaining, and organizing medical records, bills, liens, and other supporting medical documentation, while maintaining accurate case information and completing timely follow-ups. The Case Manager uses Filevine to support case management and documentation activities and contributes to an efficient process through careful data entry, organization, and reliable communication. The position is suited to a bilingual professional with strong customer service skills, accountability, and consistent follow-through who works collaboratively and maintains high standards of accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working as a case manager.
• Personal injury experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Dependable and accountable work style.
