About The Position

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Physician for a Federally Qualified Health Center in Enfield, North Carolina. This is a permanent, outpatient-only primary care role serving an underserved rural population in a mission-driven community health organization. The physician will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, including preventive care and chronic disease management, in a collaborative, team-based environment with clinical and administrative support. The organization operates multiple medical clinic locations and has dental services and an in-house pharmacy; there are no on-site specialists. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday, with five days preferred; the organization is open to three or four consecutive days. The clinic sees approximately 16–18 patients per day and provides a one-hour lunch break. After-hours telephonic call is very light: experienced RN staff triage calls first, and the physician is contacted only for urgent situations or documentation clarification. There is no weekend or holiday call, and clinics are closed on major holidays. The anticipated start is as soon as possible. The EMR is eClinicalWorks. The position offers competitive compensation, sign-on and retention incentives, relocation assistance, CME support, FTCA malpractice coverage, PTO, a 403(b) retirement plan, and reimbursement of professional fees and dues. Loan repayment programs may be available to eligible providers.
