About The Position

PracticeMatch, an M3 company, is hiring a Physician Relations Specialist to conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians. The role gathers personal recruitment information that physician healthcare organizations use to recruit and place qualified physicians. This position is fully remote and can be performed permanently from home.

Requirements

Superior listening skills and professional phone communication.
Experience using LinkedIn.
Self-motivation and assertiveness to achieve goals.
A sales-oriented approach when working with gatekeepers.
Efficient communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail, particularly when entering information received from physicians.

Nice To Haves

Outbound calling experience.
High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, and/or customer support.

Responsibilities

Conduct phone interviews with physicians to obtain personal contact information and future practice preferences.
Place outbound calls to physicians about future practice opportunities.
Connect with residents and fellows on social media platforms.
Inform physicians about PracticeMatch career resources.
Receive inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.
Work independently to meet daily and weekly quotas for call attempts and physician interviews.
Make between 80 and 100 calls each day.
Enter physician-provided information accurately.
