About The Position

PracticeMatch, an M3 company, is seeking a Physician Relations Specialist to conduct phone interviews with graduating resident and fellow physicians. The role gathers personal recruitment information that healthcare organizations use to recruit and place qualified physicians. It is fully remote, with the employee working permanently from home. The specialist contacts physicians about future practice opportunities, connects with residents and fellows through social media, informs physicians about PracticeMatch career resources, and responds to inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators. The role requires independent work toward daily and weekly call and interview quotas, including producing 80–100 calls per day.

Responsibilities

Conduct phone interviews with physicians to obtain personal contact information and future practice preferences.
Make outbound calls to physicians regarding future practice opportunities.
Connect with residents and fellows on social media platforms.
Inform physicians about PracticeMatch career resources.
Receive inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.
Work independently to meet daily and weekly quotas for call attempts and physician interviews.

Enter information received from physicians accurately.
