Remote Client Relations Specialist

AIL•Reno, NV

About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Client Relations Specialist to serve clients interested in supplemental benefits. The role is aimed at recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications, as well as people who prefer a people-centered, service-first environment. The company provides training, mentorship, and licensing guidance, and describes the position as an independent contractor opportunity with commission-based, performance-driven compensation rather than an hourly or salaried position. The specialist builds and maintains client relationships, conducts virtual consultations through Zoom, guides clients through enrollment, and helps them explore supplemental benefit options suited to their needs. The work includes maintaining accurate digital records and follow-up communications and participating in virtual meetings, mentorship, and team development. Client interest is inbound; cold calling is not required. This is a 100% remote role with flexible scheduling. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, the candidate must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Requirements and fees may vary by state. The role offers potential income growth through renewals, weekly performance-based earnings, monthly and quarterly bonuses, a 3% equity opportunity for eligible team members, and pathways to leadership roles.
