About The Position

As a Remote Travel Specialist, you will guide clients through every stage of their journey, from planning their trip to returning home. You will help create a seamless, stress-free travel experience by assisting with arrangements, answering questions, managing updates, and resolving challenges professionally and thoughtfully. Candidates must reside in one of the countries listed in the posting.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Background in customer service, ideally in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and a proactive mindset.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and booking tools quickly.
Genuine enthusiasm for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
Residency in one of the listed countries: United States, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Germany, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Spain, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, or Uruguay.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging in a timely and professional manner.
Support clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and special travel requests.
Provide accurate, up-to-date information about destinations, travel documentation, and agency processes.
Follow up with clients to confirm travel plans and gather post-trip feedback.
Address concerns with empathy and efficiency to ensure client satisfaction.
