About The Position
This role is for a Physician Practice Manager at AMG All Saints in Racine, WI, within the Family Practice department. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with operating hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. The manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and coaching staff, coordinating daily clinic activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, partnering with leadership on performance evaluations, and upholding clinical standards and compliance with all protocols, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach staff through comprehensive onboarding, continuous training, and career development initiatives.

- Seamlessly coordinate daily clinic activities and delegate tasks effectively to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth workflows.
- Partner with leadership on meaningful performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
- Serve as the guardian of clinical standards, ensuring team alignment with departmental protocols, organizational policies, and healthcare regulations.
