About The Position
Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatrician to join its established and growing pediatric team in Santa Rosa, California. This is an opportunity to join a physician-led organization serving families throughout Sonoma County and to contribute to a practice experiencing strong community demand. The pediatrician will be part of a collaborative, supportive team of seven experienced pediatric clinicians providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. The practice offers a shared call schedule, a referral network within Sutter Health's integrated care system, dedicated clinical and administrative support, and the EPIC electronic health record. The physician may also help shape and grow pediatric services in the region. The position includes a competitive compensation package with an income guarantee, shareholder eligibility after 24 months, and a comprehensive benefits package. Malpractice and tail coverage are provided.

- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics.
