About The Position
Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist to join its rapidly expanding outpatient Dermatology Clinic in Santa Rosa, California. The role focuses on general dermatology and offers the opportunity to work with dermatologists in the department and more than 100 physicians across the group. Many group physicians also perform skin biopsies and surgical procedures. There may be opportunities to expand cosmetic services for candidates who are interested. The department provides medical dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatopathology, and cosmetic services in-house and on-site. It supports UV and blue light therapies, as well as laser therapies using PDL, fractional CO2 laser, and IPL. The position is full-time in a busy practice and uses the integrated EPIC EMR. The ideal candidate has experience in a single- or multi-specialty group practice in an outpatient setting; Spanish fluency is highly desirable. SMGR is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 145 clinicians across 25-plus specialties in Sonoma County. It is affiliated with Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, which provides operational and administrative support, including technology, so physicians can focus on patient care. Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in dermatology.
- Experience in a single- or multi-specialty group practice in an outpatient setting is ideal.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Provide general dermatology care in an outpatient clinic.
