About The Position

The Physician Liaison is responsible for strategic planning, developing and retaining customer relationships across hospitals and markets in the service area to drive growth for key hospital service lines and Centers of Excellence. In the Palm Beach Market, the role serves as an extension of hospital leadership and operations, focusing on internal and external customers to grow hospital volumes. The Physician Liaison develops expertise in designated service lines, Centers of Excellence and hospital products, and manages a personal business portfolio and territory in alignment with facility and market strategy. The position plans and executes new business for specific service lines and Centers of Excellence. Customers include physicians, physician offices, mid-levels and facility leadership. The estimated salary range is $67,152.07–$87,297.69 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Five years of business administrative, sales, business development or similar experience.
• At least two years of experience with a consistent, proven record of meeting goals and objectives and executing and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels, including C-suite leadership.
• Results-oriented.
