About The Position

Gould Medical Group is looking for a board-certified Internal Medicine Core Faculty physician in Modesto, CA. Position Details: Starting base salary: $315,000 Two-year salary guarantee Compensation will be a mix of salary and wRVU production after salary guarantee Sign-on and loan options Position requirement: serve as core faculty for recently accredited IM residency program Addiction Fellowship a plus Mix of outpatient Internal Medicine and resident teaching Inpatient work available if interested Stable and growing group EHR: Epic Qualifications of the Core Faculty Member: Must have and maintain current certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine Demonstrate a strong interest in the education of residents Devote sufficient time to the Residency Program to fulfill their supervisory and teaching responsibilities Pursues faculty development at least annually to enhance their skills in the areas of education, quality improvement and patient safety, physician well-being, and patient care based on their practice-based learning and improvement efforts Maintain a working knowledge of the most up-to-date program specific requirements Include current licensure and appropriate medical staff appointment Include ongoing clinical activity Must demonstrate ongoing academic achievements in the specialty, including publications, the development of educational programs, or the conduct of research Be licensed to practice medicine in the state of California Have faculty experience, leadership, organizational, and administrative qualifications Assist the site lead with resident continuity clinic operations Core faculty members must be designated by the Program Director Qualifications Board Certified Join Us and Enjoy Standard Benefits: Annual 12.0% 401(k) gift Two-year shareholder track Annual CME allowance Full health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance Group paid malpractice and tail coverage Annual profit sharing for shareholders Individual Performance Bonus Relocation assistance Organization Details Gould Medical Group is a growing, 525+ clinician multi-specialty group located about two hours east of San Francisco, California. Requirements

Must have and maintain current certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine
Demonstrate a strong interest in the education of residents
