About The Position
Sansum Clinic, part of Sutter Health, is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join its physician-led, multispecialty medical group in Santa Barbara, California. The role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding outpatient practice and care for patients across all stages of life in a collaborative setting supported by specialists, advanced imaging, laboratory services, dedicated Medical Assistant support, and an integrated Epic electronic health record. The position is 100% outpatient Internal Medicine, with an established patient panel and strong community demand. Compensation is an annual base salary of $300,000–$380,000, with a one-year income guarantee, sign-on bonus, and productivity incentives. Requirements
- MD or DO with directly related experience in Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Ability to perform typical primary care procedures.
- DEA certificate.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- California licensure or ability to obtain California licensure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
