About The Position

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring experienced Physician Assistants for full-time opportunities in St. Louis, Missouri, and surrounding areas. The role provides high-quality urgent care in modern, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced electronic medical record integrated with Mercy. Providers work with collaborative support staff, including radiologic technologists and trained medical assistants. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered for full-time Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant roles.

Compensation includes competitive salary and hourly rates, a monthly daily-volume bonus based on patient-visit metrics per shift, and a quarterly bonus of up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction and quality measures. Requirements

• At least 18 months of full-time experience as a Physician Assistant in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfort with minor procedures, preliminary EKG reads, and preliminary X-ray reads.
• Master’s degree.
• NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform minor procedures such as sutures, casts, and splints.
• Provide preliminary readings of EKGs and X-rays.
