Physician Assistant — Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art urgent care centers serving both pediatric and adult patient populations. Centers are equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR integrated with Mercy (Epic), with collaborative staffing that includes Radiologic Technologists and highly trained Medical Assistants. The position offers competitive salary and hourly rates, a monthly daily-volume bonus based on patient visits per shift, and a quarterly bonus of up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction and quality measures. Requirements
- At least 18 months of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
- Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
- Comfort with minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints.
- Comfort providing preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
- For Physician Assistants: a master's degree and NCCPA certification.
- For Nurse Practitioners: a master's degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP).
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality urgent care to pediatric and adult patients.
- Perform minor procedures such as sutures, casts, and splints.
- Provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
- Work collaboratively with Radiologic Technologists, Medical Assistants, and other care team members.
