About The Position
Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the Chesterfield area. GoHealth Urgent Care partners with innovative and integrated health systems, like Mercy, and staffs centers with knowledgeable providers. Mercy is a faith-based organization and serves millions annually, located in seven states and comprised of 40 hospitals and more than 2,500 physicians.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting.
- Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays.
- Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP).
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art centers.
- Treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
- Performing minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.).
- Preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
