About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join Dorset Street Dermatology in South Burlington, Vermont. The practice has served the greater Burlington area for more than 30 years and recently relocated to a new, state-of-the-art office. It provides medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services and is home to Laser Focus Med Spa.

The role provides comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosing and treating common skin conditions and skin cancer. The clinician will perform screenings and general dermatologic procedures, collaborate with the practice physician and other team members, and build lasting patient relationships in an established, growing practice.

Requirements

• Active PA-C or NP licensure in Vermont, or eligibility to obtain it.
• Prior dermatology experience is required.
• Patient-first mindset and genuine passion for skin health.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• Ability to thrive as a team player in a busy, well-established practice environment.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of dermatology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Collaborate with the practice physician, fellow advanced practice providers, and aesthetics team to deliver patient care.
• Build lasting patient relationships within the practice.
