About The Position
Green Cleaning DFW is hiring a House Cleaning Specialist to clean residential homes in Allen, Plano, McKinney, and surrounding Collin County areas. The role involves active, hands-on cleaning work and requires taking ownership, maintaining high standards, reliability, care for clients, and attention to detail. Team members visit the company’s Rockwall office once a week for meetings, training, and supply restocks. Paid training is provided using the company’s step-by-step cleaning system, and the company supports development into potential leadership roles such as Trainer, Deep Clean Specialist, Mentor, Content Creator, and Pod Leader. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, typically 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and is full-time and year-round. Performance-based weekly pay is $800–$1,200, including tips, with mileage reimbursement between the first and last job of the day. The company uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license.
- Auto insurance.
- A reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming.
- Ability to climb stairs in residential homes.
- Ownership, reliability, high personal standards, care for clients, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes to the company’s quality standards.
- Take ownership of work and address cleaning needs without waiting to be asked.
- Maintain reliable attendance and provide consistent service to clients and teammates.
- Handle cleaning tasks with care for the people whose homes are being serviced.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training and restock supplies at the Rockwall office.
- Use the company’s step-by-step cleaning system and eco-friendly, non-toxic products.
