About The Position

Executive Home Care of North County is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized support to clients in their homes. The role offers flexible work opportunities, with shift lengths ranging from 4 to 12 hours and the possibility of consistent assignments with regular clients. Caregivers help clients maintain independence through daily living assistance, medication reminders, meal planning and preparation, companionship, and client safety observation. The position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Must be registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry.
• Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
• Must be compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and provide individualized assistance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is an advantage.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
