They may be required to set up or break down furniture for events and ensure that all areas are secure after cleaning. A successful custodian should possess attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, contributing to the overall upkeep and functionality of the building. We are seeking a diligent and experienced Custodian to join our Mobile Workforce - projects team. Reporting directly to the supervisor or the Account Manager-Janitorial, this role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of a diverse range of facilities, including schools, offices, medical buildings, and other public or private spaces. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, sanitizing to uphold a hygienic environment, emptying trash receptacles, restocking supplies if needed, and operating various cleaning equipment such as buffer machines, ride-behind machines, side-by-side machines, floor scrubbers, shampoo carpet machines, leaf blowers, and pressure washers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team, floating to various assigned work sites, valid Hawaii driver's license preferred, contributing to the overall upkeep and functionality of each building. Cleaning experience is preferred. We are seeking a qualified individual with industry experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Building Engineer or the Account Manager-Engineering, the Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Floater will be tasked with general maintenance and repairs of facility equipment and property structures, as well as grounds maintenance and may be floating to different locations. Candidates must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license, reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, proficiency in light plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and painting/drywall, all tasks must be performed in accordance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations.
