About The Position

Green Cleaning DFW is hiring a Professional Maid to clean residential homes in Forney, Terrell, and surrounding areas. The role involves active, hands-on cleaning using the company’s step-by-step system and eco-friendly, non-toxic products. Team members visit the Rockwall office once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, typically 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and full-time, year-round work. Green Cleaning DFW provides paid training and develops team members for potential growth into roles such as Trainer, Deep Clean Specialist, Mentor, Content Creator, and Pod Leader.

Requirements

• Be able to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for most of an eight-hour shift.
• Be able to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly throughout the day.
• Be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Be able to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming.
• Be able to climb stairs in residential homes.
• Have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Demonstrate ownership, reliability, consistency, attention to detail, and care for clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean clients’ homes using the company’s step-by-step cleaning system.
• Take ownership of assigned work and complete cleaning to a high standard.
• Notice and address details that may be missed by others.
• Travel between residential cleaning assignments and the office as needed.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training and restock supplies at the Rockwall office.
