About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes in the Morgantown area. Caregivers provide daily assistance, companionship, and support to clients and their families. The company provides training, resources, in-field shadowing, and mentor support for both experienced caregivers and those new to caregiving. Available shifts include 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts, with flexible scheduling and office staff available 24/7.

Requirements

Be compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting or incontinence care.
Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers.
Give medication reminders.
Transport clients to appointments and errands.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
