About The Position

Amada Senior Care is urgently hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and veterans. Caregivers help clients remain safe and comfortable at home by offering companionship, assistance with personal care and daily activities, and other practical support. The position requires travel to surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius. It is part-time, with flexible scheduling and immediate openings. Orientation is in the office, and paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to work with both male and female clients.
• Ability to travel within a 20-mile radius.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, errands, and appointments.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
