About The Position

ADVENT is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for its Hendersonville clinic, with assistance at the Franklin and South Nashville clinics as needed. The role provides simple, effective, office-based care and guides patients through their treatment journey. The clinician provides patient-centered medical care under physician supervision, evaluates immediate and long-term needs, identifies root causes, educates patients, and assists with in-office procedures as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no nights or weekends. The listed salary range is $110,000–$135,000.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board certification in family or adult care.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Tennessee licensure.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities.
• Interest in ENT services and procedures.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of experienced physicians.
• Assess patients’ immediate and long-term care needs.
• Listen to patients’ concerns and provide root-cause solutions.
• Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories.
• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health.
• Assist with in-office procedures as needed.
• Work in the Hendersonville clinic and assist at nearby clinics as needed.
