Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• At least 1 year of provider experience or relevant emergency care experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable practicing independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
• One year of FNP/PA experience or emergency care experience as an RN
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Active Iowa Nurse Practitioner state license
• Active DEA License
• DOT Physical Certification
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Nice To Haves

• Experience treating pediatrics preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose, treat, prescribe, and develop care plans
• Perform physicals, screenings, and occupational health exams
• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
