About The Position

Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join its collaborative rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. The PTA works closely with therapy and nursing teams to help residents achieve their highest level of function and supports patient-centered care. The employer welcomes both experienced clinicians and new graduates. The role provides physical therapy treatments as directed by a Physical Therapist, assists with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility, monitors progress and reports outcomes, educates patients and families, and maintains timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. The position contributes to a positive, team-focused rehabilitation environment. The stated hourly pay range is $38–$42, based on clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility setting and overall experience. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current PTA license in good standing.
Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Skilled nursing facility experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
