About The Position

The role is based in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), offering treatment opportunities across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, memory care, on-campus home health, and outpatient settings. The position provides the opportunity to work with geriatric patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care. Requirements
