About The Position
Excel at Woodbury for Rehab and Nursing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality physical therapy services to long-term residents. The role calls for someone who can identify patient needs, work well as part of a team, and manage time efficiently. The position works Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, and pays $34–$37 per hour.
Requirements
- A degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure.
- Ability to identify patient needs in long-term residents.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Efficiency with time.
Responsibilities
- Screen patients.
- Document progress toward identified objectives.
- Develop and implement new programs and techniques to enhance physical therapy services.
- Conduct patient and family education.
- Deliver quality physical therapy services.
- Put patient service first.
