About The Position

Functional Pathways is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist at Marian Manor Retirement Community in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role supports residents’ well-being through compassionate, patient-centered therapy in a collaborative senior living community. The Physical Therapist screens, evaluates and re-evaluates patients, plans for discharge, and revises established plans of care under physician supervision. The position offers an hourly salary range of $42.00–$55.00 and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants only. Functional Pathways provides clinical services across the continuum of care and uses evidence-based programs addressing neurological, cardiopulmonary, cognitive and musculoskeletal needs. Specialty training and certification are available through CORE4+ and Wellness programs. Company-paid CEUs through MedBridge are available to full-time and part-time team members. Requirements

Bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations.
Active state license.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures and clinical programs, with application skills relevant to therapy disciplines.
Complete all required screenings, certifications and licensure requirements; screening requirements may vary by location.
Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
