About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience, while partnering with a company that has successfully opened over 400 clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to ensure the success of your clinic. Before launch, you will receive training and development in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and building a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to build and lead a startup clinic.
- Willingness to become an Equity Partner.
- Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Skills in community outreach and referral growth.
- Commitment to building a positive team culture and retaining staff.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic as an Equity Partner.
- Shape the clinic from the ground up, including location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in training and development programs covering leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth.
- Work closely with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics.
- Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Engage in community outreach and referral growth initiatives.
- Foster a positive culture and retain teammates.
