About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a say in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will provide guidance and support.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Skills in leadership and team development.
Experience in recruiting and interviewing.
Proficiency in community outreach and referral growth.
Commitment to building culture and retaining teammates.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.
Serve as an Equity Partner in the clinic.
Contribute to decisions regarding clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.

Develop and retain a high-performing team.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and enhance patient interaction.
Participate in the Clinical Career Ladder program.
Engage in multiple residency and specialty programs, including those partnered with HSS.
