About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will mentor the new partner.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider.
Desire to have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Commitment to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.

Foster a positive clinic culture and ensure teammate retention.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and increase patient interaction.
Participate in training programs for leadership, operations, and business development.
