About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. Before launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. You will work alongside experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics themselves.

Requirements

License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist
Entrepreneurial mindset

Willingness to partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide.

Train and develop in community outreach and referral growth.
Train and develop in building culture and retaining teammates.
Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
