About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to join their dedicated team in New Jersey. This is an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and build and lead a startup clinic from the ground up, with the support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth. You will also work closely with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics themselves.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.
Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in training for leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth.
Work closely with experienced leaders for support.
Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
Foster clinic culture and retain teammates.
