About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to join their dedicated team as Clinic Directors and Equity Partners. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a startup clinic from the ground up, with comprehensive support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. Ivy Rehab provides assistance in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. The position involves training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Clinicians will benefit from AI documentation tools, Teammate Resource Groups, a De Novo Business School for clinic growth, a Clinical Career Ladder, and multiple residency and specialty programs.
Requirements
- Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to build and lead a clinic.
- Willingness to partner and take equity ownership in the clinic.
- Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Skills in leadership, team development, and recruitment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and building a strong culture.
