About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to join their dedicated team in New Jersey. This is an opportunity to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner, with the support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launches, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will provide guidance and support.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a national provider.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Nice To Haves

Experience in clinic leadership.
Experience in opening or managing a clinic.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.
Shape a clinic from the ground up, including location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
Build and retain a strong team.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
