About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with significant support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience, while partnering with a company that has successfully opened over 400 clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to ensure the success of your clinic.
Requirements
- Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to lead a startup clinic.
- Willingness to become an Equity Partner.
- Ability to make decisions regarding clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Proficiency in leadership and team development.
- Skills in recruiting and interviewing.
- Knowledge of clinic operations and financial management.
- Experience in community outreach and referral growth.
- Ability to build culture and retain teammates.
- Commitment to providing world-class care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI documentation tools like ScribeIQ.
- Familiarity with residency and specialty programs, particularly those partnered with HSS.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.
- Serve as an Equity Partner, shaping the clinic from its inception.
- Make decisions regarding clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Recruit and interview potential team members.
- Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Engage in community outreach and referral growth initiatives.
- Foster a positive clinic culture and ensure teammate retention.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and enhance patient interaction.
- Participate in the De Novo Business School for clinic opening, running, and growth.
- Advance on the Clinical Career Ladder through clinical accomplishments.
