About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. Before launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth. You will work closely with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics themselves.

Requirements

License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist
Entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic
Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide
Commitment to providing exceptional care for every patient
Ability to work closely with experienced leaders

Nice To Haves

Experience with ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool)
Familiarity with Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs)
Experience with De Novo Business School principles
Interest in clinical career ladder advancements
Experience with residency and specialty programs
