About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. The position involves training in leadership, team development, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will provide support throughout the process.

Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.
Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Train and develop skills in leadership, team development, recruiting, interviewing, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth.
Build culture and retain teammates.
Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
