About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. The position involves leadership, team development, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and building a positive clinic culture. Comprehensive training will be provided before launch, including leadership and team development, recruiting and interviewing, clinic operations and financial management, community outreach and referral growth, and building culture and retaining teammates. Experienced leaders will offer support throughout the process.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider.

Ability to work in Pequannock, NJ, or a location chosen by the partner.
