About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to join their dedicated team and build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. Before launch, comprehensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.
Requirements
- License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.
- Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
