About The Position

At Corner Health, we’re building something fundamentally different: a network of hyper-local, independent, in-person primary care practices powered by modern technology. This is a completely new model of care. Today, 88% of patients prefer a provider powered by Corner Health vs. elsewhere, and patients return at 2× the national average - not because of marketing, but because the experience actually works. That foundation creates a unique opportunity. When patients trust their provider and keep coming back in-person, there’s a wide surface area for growth, from follow-up care and longitudinal programs to longevity care to new services like cash and wellness products, better retention loops, and entirely new ways of engaging patients. This isn’t a traditional position with a fixed checklist. You’ll design and shape your own role based on your strengths, interests, and what the company needs most as we grow. You will be a key player who keeps operations running, drives projects forward, and fills gaps where they appear - while having the freedom to lean into areas your passionate about. This role is perfect for someone who loves building, learning fast, and wearing multiple hats. You’ll work directly with the founders and have a hand in shaping the company from day one

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a dynamic environment (startups, small teams, agencies, or similar).
  • You enjoy working in-person (our office is in Santa Monica, CA); you either live in LA or are excited to move to LA.
  • Extreme ownership mindset: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Swiss‑army‑knife skill set: Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and domains on the fly.
  • Strong communicator: Clear, concise, and able to communicate with customers, partners, and leadership.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive when priorities shift and answers aren’t obvious.
  • Builder mentality: You enjoy creating something from scratch more than maintaining something established.
  • Low‑ego collaborator: You jump in wherever needed, regardless of title or scope.
  • Bias toward action: You’d rather ship something imperfect today than perfect next month.
  • Resourceful problem‑solver: You find a way, even when the path isn’t obvious.
  • No single background is required. We value quick learners who bring energy and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize day to day processes and workflows.
  • Take ambiguous problems, create structure, and drive them to completion without needing hand‑holding.
  • Jump between operations, product, customer success, recruiting, and whatever the business needs that week.
  • Spot gaps, propose solutions, and execute quickly.
  • Act as an extension of the founding team, taking on high‑leverage tasks and removing blockers.
  • Join calls, gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and turn insights into action.
  • Test ideas quickly, measure impact, and iterate without ego.
  • Bring structure to fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
