About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to join their dedicated team as Clinic Directors and Equity Partners. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and lead a startup clinic from the ground up, with the full support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience, while partnering with a company that has successfully opened over 400 clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to ensure your success. Prior to launch, you will receive extensive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. You will also collaborate with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics themselves, ensuring you feel confident and supported.
Requirements
- Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build and lead a clinic.
- Willingness to become an Equity Partner.
- Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in opening or managing a physical therapy clinic.
- Familiarity with outpatient therapy settings.
- Experience with community outreach and referral development.
Responsibilities
