About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. The position includes comprehensive training in leadership, operations, and community outreach, with mentorship from experienced clinic openers. Ivy Rehab utilizes AI documentation tools to reduce administrative time, allowing for more patient focus. The company also offers Teammate Resource Groups, a business school for clinic management, a clinical career ladder, and multiple residency programs.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
