About The Position
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, patient-focused Physical Therapist to work full-time in Cadiz, Ohio, in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting. The therapist will help patients improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve rehabilitation goals. New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
Requirements
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Commitment to quality patient care and positive rehabilitation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques.
