About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and team retention. You will also work with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics.

Requirements

Must have a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Ready to build and lead a startup clinic.
Willingness to become an Equity Partner.

Experience in clinic leadership or management.
