About The Position
Excel PT, a proud partner of Ivy Health, is hiring a full-time outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist in New Jersey. The therapist will work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, depending on the clinic’s specialty. Treatment sessions are individualized and patient-centered. The work environment supports collaboration, mentorship, clinician autonomy, and professional growth aligned with each clinician’s interests and expertise. Locations include Cresskill, Mahwah, Montvale, Old Tappan, Waldwick, and Westwood, New Jersey. The organization offers a base compensation range of $95,000–$110,000 annually, plus a biweekly clinician bonus plan and either lifetime uncapped student loan repayment or a competitive sign-on bonus. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active or pending license as a Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients of varying ages and diagnoses.
- Deliver individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
