About The Position
As an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, depending on the clinic’s specialty. Treatment sessions are individualized to support a patient-centered approach. Ivy Health offers a collaborative and mentoring work environment while supporting clinician autonomy and growth aligned with individual passions and expertise. This is a full-time position in New York, with Long Island locations in Patchogue, Plainview, and Port Jefferson. An active or pending Physical Therapist license is required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active or pending license as a Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients with varied ages and diagnoses.
- Deliver individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
