About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Physical Therapists to join its Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. Therapists provide family-centered care to children and partner with caregivers through a coaching-based interaction style, empowering families with tools to support each child’s development. Therapy is delivered in natural environments, including homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. The role offers flexible scheduling based on therapist availability and a choice of geographic coverage area. The posting describes part-time work as 25 or more visits per week and per-diem work as five visits per week. Compensation is up to $80 per visit, with weekly pay and a travel stipend. Clinical support includes a dedicated office team, paid orientation, onboarding and professional development, bi-annual continuing education reimbursement, 24/7 clinical support, and collaboration with experienced clinicians. Requirements

Hold an active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Have a passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Nice To Haves

Birth-to-Five experience and/or home care experience preferred.
